RATES


PEAK SEASON (June 17 - September 2 & Christmas Week): $1,200/wk. (Weekly rentals only)

INTERIM SEASON (June 3 - June 17 & September 2 - September 30): $900/wk or $150/nt. (minimum 2 night stay)

NON-PEAK SEASON (September 30 - June 3): $700/wk or $120/nt. (minimum 2 night stay)


WEEKLY RENTALS ARE SUNDAY TO SUNDAY.


PAYMENT INFO:
1/3 deposit due upon booking.
Balance due 1 week prior to rental.
$100 refundable cleaning/security deposit due with balance.

Sorry, we do not accept credit cards.


CHECK-IN/OUT:
Check-in time is between 3:00pm and 5:00pm.
Please allow our cleaning staff to finish their work before check-in.
Please Check-out by 11:00am.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Deposits will be refunded ONLY if we are notified 45 DAYS BEFORE the reserved date for Peak and Interim season rentals. 14 DAYS NOTICE is required for Non-Peak season.
If we are able to fill the vacancy left by your cancellation, we may be able to refund a portion or all of your deposit.
